General Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Grito Data Analytics Labs, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Grito Data Analytics Labs.
Under no circumstances shall the Grito team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
Grito Data Analytics Labs will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any time.
License
Grito Data Analytics Labs grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the website and program materials strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Grito Service. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment or block access to your account without notice.
Meanings
Restrictions
- ×License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the website.
- ×Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the website.
- ×Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, including any notice of copyright or trademark.
Return and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official support email of the Company at least 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled start date of the cohort for which the student has enrolled.
Refund requests received within this period will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 30 days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No refund requests shall be accepted under any circumstances within 7 days of the cohort start date, including but not limited to:
- change of personal plans
- inability to attend sessions
- dissatisfaction with the Program
- delay in joining
- non-usage of the Program
- financial reasons
- technical issues on the student’s side
Once the refund deadline has passed, the enrollment shall be considered final and non-refundable.
In addition, no refund shall be issued after any of the following events, whichever occurs earlier:
- commencement of the cohort
- access to program materials or student portal
- batch transfer or deferral request
- participation in any live session, workshop, or program activity
By enrolling in the Program, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
No Placement Guarantee
Grito Data Analytics Labs does not guarantee, promise, or warrant employment, job placement, internship, or any other form of professional opportunity upon completion of the Program, in whole or in part.
Career guidance, resume assistance, and mock interviews are offered solely as supplementary services. All hiring decisions rest exclusively with prospective employers.
Intellectual Property
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Grito Data Analytics Labs. Learners are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Program Content strictly for individual learning purposes during enrollment.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
